Wedding trends 2022

My favorites

1/6 . A vibrant and bold color palette

One of my favorite decorating trends. Pastel tones give way to much warmer, earthier tones, with
pops of vibrant pops of color. Shades of terracotta, sienna red, orange and ocher will blend together
elegantly. What do you think of this table decoration made by @kelseyevents?

It seems that couples want to move away from the traditional very neutral look and prefer to bring a
decoration that will stand out, which will give a warm and friendly style. But be careful not to fall into
opulence.
My decorative favorites: nude floral arrangements (with, for example, Café au lait dahlias, Japanese
Wabara Ioli roses, Majolica spray rose, Caffe Latte roses and golden mustard roses, according to the
good advice of the florist team Hayford & Rhodes in London), linen napkins, natural fiber lamps, ceramic tableware and beautiful colored vintage glasses.

2/6 . An elegant and contemporary dress

More and more brides are opting for casual, light dresses that better suit their modern, minimalist style.
One of my favorites this year, the “Teresa” wedding dress from the “Towards the Ocean” collection from Les Filles Fidèles in Bordeaux and Paris. A collection of bohemian chic wedding dresses, with elegant dresses but also easy to wear. We also love Katya Katya London’s new ephemeral “Evermore” collection available in January!

3/6 . A wedding at home

And why not organize weddings “at home”? Banquets under the stars are more and more frequent and appreciated. More and more couples plan more intimate weddings and organize their ceremony, cocktail or dinner in their garden or on their terrace in spring or summer. Personally, I love this concept.

4/6 . A micro wedding in a dream villa

As you probably know, the “usual” reception venues are already full for the most part for the 2022 season or even already 2023 .. have you thought about getting married in a private villa? In a small committee with about fifty of your relatives, I will help you organize everything and create a breathtaking and refined decor.

There are many villas to rent for weddings in the Bordeaux region and on the Arcachon Basin, Cap Ferret, Pyla on the Jane agency website, the reference in the Bordeaux region for the rental of event venues.

5/6 . A destination wedding at home

For the more daring and creative, why not create a Destination Wedding at home? in an Ibiza Beach
House style, Tuscan inspiration or in a Japanese Street Food atmosphere, with sophisticated services and (full) original entertainment?

Mood Traiteur in Bordeaux “Bio, Sain et Gourmand”, offers you a tailor-made service with original
and eclectic recipes. A professional, young and dynamic team who will enhance your events and who
will be ready to meet any challenges!

6/6 . A live music group

For weddings 2021 and 2022, couples are betting a lot on entertainment to ensure that their guests (and them too) have a great time. And to guarantee a great atmosphere, why not bring in a live band, a saxophonist, a percussion group, Cuban musicians or a salsa group before the DJ does his late night
set?

I recently discovered this newly formed group, Madame Et Cætera, which brings together six artists: a female string quartet (2 violins, viola, cello), a percussionist and a singer. Its originality lies in its formation at the crossroads of classical styles and current music, allowing a setlist composed of pop and classic crossover arrangements. Check out their latest video
